Yet, it’s the one constant in life. As soon as one wave passes, another comes. If we’re caught off guard it can feel like a real struggle to stay above water. We can feel like we’ve lost control. We can reach for comforting habits that aren’t necessarily good for us, or our relationships with others, but they help us to cope.

Transformational Coaching is based on using empathy, connection, and powerful lines of questioning to help you discover what’s been holding you back. We go deep below the surface of what makes you ‘you’ to help you develop an awareness to make the transformational shifts you’re looking for to step away from the negative blocks and step into the life you should be living.
Through building self-awareness and self-understanding, you will feel empowered to work out your action plan to follow your true path and act with conviction and confidence.
You will have an open and confidential space to explore and identify any blockers that need to be addressed. I’ll help you observe life situations objectively, and mindfully, and become fully aware of your personal impact.
Why I incorporate mindfulness
The benefits of mindfulness to our overall wellbeing are becoming more widely realised. The practice of mindfulness is known to decrease stress and sadness, and elevate focus and inner peace.
Weaving mindfulness into coaching guides you to deeper understanding and greater clarity of the barriers to your happiness and give you the space to create solutions.
During our session, I will use the peacefulness and stillness of mindfulness to lead you into understanding how being more present and more aware of what’s going on around you – and most importantly, inside you – will accelerate change.
Traditionally coaching focuses on a point in the future, a goal, or a changed behaviour that you’d like to achieve. Mindful coaching is about focusing on today to make those changes and understanding how being present and aware of what’s going on around you (and within you!) and how being still can accelerate change.

If you’re looking for a safe space, filled with kindness, empathy and realisation, this is for you. I’ll work with you to become the best version of yourself, by identifying your strengths and helping you to break down any beliefs or barriers that are holding you back.

How it works
I offer a complimentary first session as a chance for us to chat about coaching – we’ll talk about your hopes for the coaching experience and I’ll answer any questions you may have.
It’s important that you get a couple of days to digest and choose whether this is the right fit for you at this time.
If you decide we’re a good fit, we commit to a number of sessions (I usually suggest five).
We’ll discuss your beliefs, your uniqueness and the goals and ambitions you yearn for during our first session.
Our coaching journey will then begin – with each session taking a similar rhythm:
- Creating a connection: a short check-in on how we’re feeling
- Coming into the room: a mindfulness practice to create space
- Setting a goal for the session
- Moving into coaching
