Transformation Leadership Coaching

What it is

Two 90 minute discovery sessions to establish your objectives, strengths and personal purpose and how this fits with transformation goals.

Five 55 minute sessions to be used over a six month period. I’ll be your accountability parter, supporting you as you embed the right approach, behaviours and resources for success.

I’ve been there and nothing is more powerful than the time and space for self-inquiry and development in the leadership of change. I can help you to build the confidence, awareness and energy you need to lead credibly, overcome sticky challenges, and motivate others to take the lead.

By holding space for troubleshooting and exploration, you can grow your knowledge and credibility as a transformation leader in a safe space.

Team Coaching

Who it’s for

For leadership teams, programme/project teams and delivery teams who are moving towards a more human-centred, agile, self-managing approach.

What it is

An initial two hour discovery and formation session, when we establish the team’s intentions, the objectives of coaching and set the frame for the approach.

Seven monthly sessions through which we’ll work together to explore how things are working, build new energy, test ideas and approaches and iron out any challenges that are blocking you.

How it helps

By leaving hierarchy outside, we cut through organisational culture and we make it easy for everyone to contribute. We take a straight-talking and compassionate approach, facing issues head on in a kind way, leaving everyone energised for positive change.

Relationship Coaching

Who it’s for

This is for two or three people who want to strengthen their relationship to maximise their collective impact and better support others through transformation.

What it is

  • One to one connection sessions with everyone to understand their hopes and objectives
  • A 90 minute discovery and formation session, when we establish the team’s intentions, the objectives of coaching and set the frame for the approach.
  • Five fortnightly sessions through which we’ll work together to explore how things are working, explore behaviours and iron out any challenges that are blocking you.

How it’s helps

Dedicated coaching focused on proving a safe space to explore challenges and identify ways to maximise effective communication.
